For those familiar with Ilderton, the rural community just north
of London Ontario, the top 5 things the village is known for are, in no
particular order, the local telephone code (666), Scott and Tessa (Gold
Medal Olympians), the curling club, the Fall Fair and The King Edward
Restaurant & Pub. If you're not familiar with Ilderton please read on.

Rich and Deborah Hunter have been the owners since 2005, they started
out with a 15 year plan. Covid blew a hole through that timescale but as we
emerge from the pandemic they feel it's time to pass the reigns to someone
with a passion and energy to continue their work. The opportunity to own one
of South Western Ontario's most famous pubs comes at a time when there is a
fairly "clean slate" for the new owners as currently the pub is operated 5
days per week just 4 or 5 hours per day. Prior to Covid it was open 7 days
per week up to 12 hours a day, so expanding to more extended hours will be
    as desired.

This is a turnkey operation, almost all chattels are included. The lot
is 72' x 132' approx (buyer to confirm) and includes a 3 bedroom house
attached! The kitchens are well equipped, there's everything you need to get
up and running straight away. A few personal items are not included but that
in no way affects the business. There are 2 patios, a small 14-seater on the front verandah and
the large back yard English Beer Garden style area. In the rear barn there
is extra storage space along with a walk-in cooler and freezer. Upstairs in
the barn there is a basic workshop area. The large basement provides lots of
storage space and also houses most of the equipment along with the beer
    coolers.

The perfect opportunity to escape from the city and take over a
successful business and become part of a rapidly growing rural community on
the outskirts of major town also growing significantly. You'll fall in love
with Ilderton, the building and the atmosphere. Plus you'll have the
    shortest commute to work!
